The Bilona Process
Free-Grazing Gir Cows
Whole Curdling
Traditional Churning
Slow Clarification
Milk from indigenous Gir cows, allowed to graze freely, forms the foundation of our pure A2 ghee, rich in natural goodness.
Fresh milk is gently boiled and then cultured overnight with a traditional starter, transforming into a wholesome, nutrient-rich curd.
The curd is hand-churned in a wooden Bilona, separating butter from buttermilk, preserving vital fatty acids and natural aroma.
This butter is then slow-heated over a low flame in traditional brass vessels, yielding golden, aromatic A2 Bilona ghee.

Preserving Nature's Essence
Our single-origin spices are carefully sun-dried to lock in their natural oils and vibrant aromas. This traditional method ensures maximum potency and flavor, avoiding artificial processes.
Each spice is then stone-milled at low temperatures. This crucial step prevents heat buildup, safeguarding the delicate volatile compounds that give our spices their unique character and lab-tested purity.
Our artisanal ghee and spices are produced in small, seasonal batches to ensure peak freshness and quality. Inquire now to reserve your next order.
